Another attack of "Mommy Brain"?!
I was cleaning out the cat's litter box and finished by sweeping up some of the "escaped" litter ("saving the beach" as a woman at PetSmart put it). I swept it up into the dustpan and was surprised to find there was still a lot more on the floor. I again swept what was left into the dustpan and once again was surprised by how much was left behind. One more time I swept up the litter and finally focused on what I was doing to find I was sweeping the litter not into the dustpan but into.....
The litter scoop! Yup.... I'm a bright one!
