If his porcelain-white skin didn't give you a clue, perhaps his last name would tell you that Drew has some Irish roots? Though maybe not because I was about as unaware as Jason when we were told one day that our last name is very Irish. I did a little research myself on ancestry.com and found that, indeed, about 66% of the immigrants to this country with our last name came directly from Ireland (according to the 1920 census). My own family has Irish roots as well, on my mom's mom's side- which makes it that much cooler that Great Grandma Paulen's birthday is on St. Patrick's Day!
Drew will not be getting pinched today as he dons his necessary, and oh-so-adorable, green!
Okay, maybe I will pinch those adorable cheeks.... but only a little!
